Costco passport photos: discontinued
Costco no longer takes passport photos. It closed the photo centers in its US warehouses in February 2021, which ended in-store passport photos. Alternatives: Walmart ($7.64), the post office ($15), Walgreens ($16.99), CVS ($17.99), or take it at home.
