When do I pay?
Only after your photo passes every check. You see the result first; if it doesn’t pass, you retake it and pay nothing.
Are there any other fees?
No subscription and no hidden fees. Sales tax may be added at checkout depending on your state. Mailed prints include shipping within the US.
What does the digital photo include?
The photo file at the exact official size, plus (for printed documents) a 4×6 sheet you can print at any Walgreens or CVS photo counter, usually for under $1. Free retakes for 60 days.
What if my photo is rejected?
If a government office rejects it for a photo-compliance reason, we refund you in full and make you a new photo free.
Can I order for my whole family?
Yes. Take the first person’s photo and, once it passes, tap “Add a person”. Up to 4 people, one payment, and each photo has its own guarantee.
